6 INGREDIENT HEALTHY PEANUT BUTTER ENERGY BALLS

Hey Guys!! 

Sometimes I'm rushing out the door and need a quick snack or maybe I'm just at home and want something in a pinch. Here is my recipe for one of my favorite quick snacks. 

HEALTHY PEANUT BUTTER ENERGY BALLS
 

2 CUPS PEANUT BUTTER (I use Smart Balance Creamy but you can use anything)

1 1/2 CUPS OATS (I use Bob's Red Mill Gluten Free Oats- you can find them by the oats in most grocery stores now)

2 TBS CHIA SEEDS

2 TBS WHOLE FLAX SEEDS

1/2 CUP HONEY OR AGAVE

(OPTIONAL) 1/2 CUP ENJOY LIFE CHOCOLATE CHIPS (I recommend these because they are nut, dairy, and gluten free- if you don't want to use chocolate chips you can substitute with other add ins such as chopped nuts/dates or simply leave them without add ins)

I promise these are soo yummy and super easy to make!
