Sydney Scotia is an actor, producer, director, and entrepreneur best known for her roles in the Netflix youth series, Some Assembly Required, and the Crave comedy series, Pillow Talk.

Her many television and film credits include the recently wrapped film, Slant, and Ruthless Bastards which will premiere in Fall 2024.

Scotia made her directorial debut with the documentary feature, "This Hits Home," now streaming on Amazon Prime, which highlights the traumatic brain injuries suffered by victims of domestic violence.

Scotia is actively expanding her presence on social media platforms, including Instagram and TikTok, recently shifting her focus toward influencing health and wellness awareness and information.

In the fall of 2024, she will begin filming a documentary series highlighting easy science based steps we can all take to optimize our brain health and longevity.

Also in Fall 2024, Scotia will launch a nutraceutical line, in partnership with a leading American manufacturer, aimed at brain health and migraine prevention. This initiative is inspired by her personal struggles with chronic migraine post concussion.
